Delete Your KhataCare Account

Request permanent deletion of your KhataCare shopkeeper account and data.

Submitting this form will permanently delete:

• Your account (name, phone number, email, password)
• Your business profile and logo
• All customers, suppliers, and their ledger balances
• All transactions, bills/invoices, and estimates
• Defaulter reports, reminders, products, and notifications

Your payment/subscription history is kept for KhataCare's own accounting records even after deletion, as required by law. Requests are reviewed and actioned by our team, typically within 7 business days - you'll no longer be able to log in once it's processed.
